Hoosier Lacrosse  is proud to bring The Soft Lacrosse Experience to your area! Soft lacrosse is a co-ed lacrosse program where no equipment is required by the participants and is a great way for boys and girls who are new to the sport to learn the basics of lacrosse. The Hoosier Lacrosse coaching staff will teach the key fundamentals of lacrosse through progressive, dynamic, and fun 1 hour sessions. Each co-ed session will consist of fundamental skills and exciting instructional game play in a non contact environment for ages 6-11.

Who should play: Soft lacrosse is for boys and girls (ages 6-11) who are new to the sport or just beginning. The soft lacrosse program teaches basic team concepts and the necessary stick fundamentals.


Why is it co-ed: This program is co-ed because at this age both boys and girls are learning the same concepts that will transfer over to the field game.


Do we need any gear? No. Hoosier Lacrosse will provide all the necessary gear for your son or daughter to participate.


Is it safe? Yes. Soft lacrosse involves no contact and we use a softer ball.


How will we teach the sport? Players will learn through progressive instruction of fundamental skills and exciting game play in a fun and safe atmosphere. Hoosier Lacrosse will implement our proven method of explanation, imitation, repetition, and Implementation.
