Travel Team and tournament fees are nonrefundable. Refunds requested 10 days prior to the start of a camp, league, program, private lesson or clinic will be processed less a 50% handling fee. After that date, there are NO REFUNDS. If you need to withdraw due to injury or illness before the start of the program you must present a doctor’s note and you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee. Once the program starts and you must withdraw due to injury or illness you will only be issued a pro-rated credit minus the 50% handling fee when a doctor’s note is submitted. Specific camps have a refund policy as stated in their brochure or on the website.
Returned checks are subject to a $ 25.00 fee. Any request for refunds must be sent to info@hoosierlacrosse.com right away.
Refunds will be based on the date and time of the e-mail.
Weather Policy
All events will be conducted rain or shine unless there will be damage to the fields. If there is a cancellation we will do our best to make up any lost time either by adding a meeting date or adding time on to the existing meetings. If we cannot do this there will be no refunds.
